All projects begin with an approved proposal outlining:

The remaining balance is due before final files are released or print production begins.
Subscription or maintenance plans follow their agreed billing schedule.

We do not perform unpaid add-ons or undocumented changes.

All official communication must be conducted via email or our designated project management system.
Clients are responsible for reviewing proofs and providing timely feedback.
Delays in client response may result in timeline adjustments.
We encourage consolidated feedback from all decision-makers before submission to avoid revision delays.
If a client becomes unresponsive for 14+ days:
The project may be paused.
Restarting may require a reactivation fee.
Projects inactive for 30+ days may be archived.
Our design process includes:
Discovery & Direction
Initial Concept Presentation
Revision Rounds
Finalization & Delivery
Projects include 1–3 revision rounds depending on the package.
Additional revisions are billed separately.
Major direction changes after approval of concept may be treated as a new project phase.
Final files are delivered in formats outlined in your proposal (AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPG, etc.).
Working/source files are not included unless explicitly stated in your agreement.
VDS retains ownership of all work until full payment is received.
Upon final payment, clients receive rights to use the approved final design.
VDS reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Virtuoso Design Studio manages print production through trusted professional partners.
Standard print turnaround: 3–5 business days after final proof approval.
Large-format, specialty finishes, or high-volume orders may require additional production time.
Rush services may be available at an additional cost.
Turnaround time does not begin until:
Final design approval is received
Payment is completed
Before printing, clients receive a final proof for review.
Once approved:
VDS is not responsible for spelling errors, layout issues, or design elements that were approved.
Reprints due to approved errors are billed to the client.
Printed colors may vary slightly from on-screen previews due to:
RGB vs. CMYK differences
Material type
Ink absorption
Lighting conditions
These variations are normal and not considered defects.

Shipping options are available for an additional cost.
Website projects typically take 3–6 weeks depending on:
Project complexity
Content readiness
Speed of client feedback
Clients are responsible for providing:
Final written content
Images (unless stock sourcing is included)
Product information
Legal pages (Privacy Policy, Terms, etc.)
Delays in content delivery will extend project timelines.
Web projects include structured revision rounds.
Ongoing edits outside the agreed scope may require a maintenance plan or hourly billing.
Clients are responsible for:
Domain registration
Hosting fees
(unless otherwise stated in package)
We can guide or manage setup if included in your service agreement.
Deposits are non-refundable.
If a project is canceled after work has begun, fees will be assessed based on the amount of work completed.
Completed and approved work is non-refundable.
VDS retains completed project files for up to 6 months after final delivery.
After that period:
File retrieval is not guaranteed.
Retrieval may incur an administrative fee.
Clients are encouraged to securely store all final deliverables.
Virtuoso Design Studio is not liable for:
Business losses due to marketing performance
Print errors approved by the client
Hosting outages or third-party platform failures
Trademark conflicts on names or slogans provided by the client
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any content, images, or trademarks submitted to VDS.
